Start of swarm: 13:16UTC
End of swarm: 14:51UTC
Note: This was a very peculiar swarm which struck in the same location as the swarm just previously shown, for July 21, 2015. This is quite possibly one of the first rapid fire swarms to occur near West Thumb Lake. Of course these swarms have probably occurred here and there in the past, however 2018 saw the highest count by a large margin. For some reason, these rapid fire swarms near West Thumb Lake and Yellowstone Lake are increasing greatly. Will 2019 also see just as many? We will have to wait and see. This is the last earthquake swarm for this page.
Total earthquake count (includes even the tiniest events): ~88
Reported count: 10
Magnitudes/Depths of reported events for this swarm from newest to oldest (showing magnitude/depth): Please press “CLICK HERE” below to see all of the 10 earthquakes that were reported for this swarm.
Largest reported earthquake(s) of this swarm: 2.0 at 1.9km depth
Largest amplitude: ~614,600 (H17A, again questionable, seems too high), ~21,500 (B944), ~32,800 (YLT)

Severity: Moderate
